What You Can Expect To Do

  • Anesthesia Administration: You'll be responsible for inducing and maintaining patients under general anesthesia and sedation, including injectable, inhalant, and CRI anesthesia.

  • Collaboration: You will partner with our various department teams to plan and coordinate anesthesia protocols for each patient, while communicating with the team on patient status.
  • Equipment Management: Perform routine maintenance on anesthesia equipment, ensuring functionality and safety. Calibrate and troubleshoot anesthesia machines, ventilators, and monitoring devices. Keep an inventory of anesthesia-related supplies and medications.
  • Patient Advocacy: Advocate for the well-being and comfort of patients before, during, and after anesthesia. Implement and maintain protocols for pre-anesthetic patient assessment and post-anesthetic recovery.
