Working closely with our community outreach manager, you'll help optimize referral workflows, follow up on cases, and provide support across our specialty services. Our ideal candidate is organized, communicative, and resourceful – someone who builds strong relationships, anticipates needs, and keeps calm under pressure.
Schedule: This is a full time role with four 10 hour shifts per week. Some weekends and holidays required.
