What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting Manager position at Evette?
Duties/Responsibilities:
Candidate Sourcing: Identify and attract qualified veterinary candidates for relief (per diem/locum) work through platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal systems.
Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential candidates via cold calling to build a robust talent pipeline.
Candidate Screening: Conduct thorough screenings to match candidates with the right opportunities.
Salary Negotiation: Manage salary negotiations to align candidate expectations with client offerings.
Process Improvement: Suggest and implement new approaches to enhance recruitment processes.
Market Insights: Stay updated on job market trends to inform recruitment strategies.
Industry Knowledge: Continuously expand your understanding of the veterinary field and terminology.
Advertising Programs: Assist in developing and executing advertising strategies to increase visibility and attract top talent.
Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with industry contacts to provide exceptional customer service, gain insights, and secure referrals and leads.
Additional Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned, with opportunities for travel to conferences and meet-and-greet events.

In-depth knowledge of recruitment processes.
Strong organizational, leadership, and time management skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Proficient in making cold calls and utilizing advanced sourcing platforms.
Strong analytical abilities.
Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
Team player with a collaborative spirit.
Social media expertise is a plus.
Education and Experience:
One to two years of recruiting experience (healthcare background, experience with running a full desk preferred)
Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Must be able to lift 10-15 pounds at times.
Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facilities.
