Job Summary:
Evette Staffing is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Corporate Recruiter to join our internal talent acquisition team. In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of open positions — including complex, hard-to-fill roles within the veterinary staffing industry. You will be a key contributor to our collaborative, entrepreneurial culture, bringing creative sourcing strategies, sound judgment, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with HRIS/ATS platforms, including Paycom, Juicebox, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Spark Hire, along with a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and successfully closing candidates for hard-to-fill corporate and leadership positions. This role blends strategic recruiting expertise with hands-on execution, making it an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented staffing environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Recruiting
• Manage end-to-end recruiting for a broad range of positions, with emphasis on difficult-to-fill, niche, and manager- to senior-level roles across multiple industries
• Source candidates proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, Boolean search, networking, and referrals
• Coordinate and facilitate one-way video interviews through SparkHire; provide clear candidate guidance and timely hiring manager feedback
• Manage requisition workflows and applicant tracking in Paycom ATS, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and current status across all open roles -
Candidate & Client Experience
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, delivering professional, responsive, and positive experience throughout the hiring process
• Conduct structured phone screens and competency-based interviews; provide thorough evaluation summaries for hiring teams
• Maintain strong candidate pipelines for active and anticipated openings across multiple functional areas -
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Track and report recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, pipeline health, and offer acceptance rates
• Identify opportunities to improve sourcing strategies, interview processes, and candidate experience
• Stay current on labor market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging recruiting technologies -
Technology Proficiency
• Paycom ATS – requisition management, candidate tracking, and compliance reporting
• Juicebox – AI-powered talent intelligence and candidate sourcing
• LinkedIn Recruiter – advanced Boolean search and outreach
• SparkHire – one-way video interview administration and candidate review
• Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) -
Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Abilities
• 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate or staffing environment
• Demonstrated success filling difficult, specialized, or senior-level roles across multiple functions or industries
• Hands-on experience with Paycom ATS for requisition management, candidate tracking, and reporting
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search
• Experience using Juicebox or comparable AI-powered talent intelligence platforms
• Experience administering one-way video interviews through SparkHire or comparable platform
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent Evette’s brand with professionalism
• Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously
• High degree of discretion, integrity, and sound judgment when handling confidential information
