Customer Service & Sales Associate
Everything Tie Down is looking for someone who enjoys helping customers and likes working in a team environment. If you are friendly, dependable, and like staying busy, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Help walk-in customers find the right products.
- Answer phone calls and respond to customer emails.
- Provide quotes in person, over the phone, and by email.
- Enter customer orders accurately.
- Recommend products that best fit our customers' needs.
- Work with the warehouse to make sure orders are correct before they ship.
What It's Like Working Here
Every day is a little different. Some days you'll be helping several customers at once while answering phones and emails. Other days are a little slower, giving you time to follow up on quotes, reach out to previous customers, learn about new products, or help with other projects around the store.
We like people who take initiative and don't mind jumping in wherever they're needed. The more we help our customers and grow the business, the better we all do.
We also have a monthly team bonus, so everyone's effort contributes to the team's success. Whether you're helping a walk-in customer, following up on a quote, or bringing back a repeat customer, it all makes a difference.
Qualifications
- Friendly and positive attitude.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
- Knowledge of cargo control, flatbed equipment, towing, or transportation products is a big plus, but we're happy to train the right person.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
