Lawn Care Maintenance Crew Member – Everything Lawn Care
Everything Lawn Care is hiring a reliable lawn care maintenance crew member to help manage outdoor spaces for residential clients across St. Johns County neighborhoods. Our lawn service includes mowing, edging, trimming, and occasional landscaping projects that keep our clients’ properties looking their best.
Job responsibilities:
Operate riding mowers (stand-behind and sit down zero-turn mowers), hedge trimmers, pruners, and other lawn care tools to trim grass and edge lawns
Assist with occasional landscaping tasks such as mulching, rock pouring, sod removal, and tree removal
Use pruners, trimmers, and handsaws to remove shrub and tree overgrowth
Load and unload lawn care tools and equipment at job sites
Meet at the trailer with Payne, the owner, and travel to each site together
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
No prior experience is required, but experience with lawn care equipment like riding mowers, hedge trimmers, and pruners is a plus
Valid driver’s license (required for transportation to the trailer location)
Able to repeatedly lift and move 50 pounds
Willing to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn
Able to work as part of a team and follow instructions closely
Work hours:
Part-time, Part-time, year-round
Wednesday-Friday, start time 8:00 am with varying end times from 1:00pm until the latest 6:00 pm
Compensation:
Paid Training
Up to $16/hour based on experience
