What You Will Do
- Oversee the Web Updates Department to ensure customer-facing content, product listings, and media is accurate and meets Everything Kitchens’ standard.
- Seek out website improvements and plan corrective actions.
- Communicate with purchasing team regarding brand and workflow priority.
- Create, publish, and oversee product pages on EverythingKitchens.com, including product descriptions, specifications, images, and category placement
- Maintain and update existing website content to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Plan and build website homepages with directions from Marketing and Purchasing Departments
- Write clear, engaging product descriptions, brand highlights, and homepage content that highlight features, benefits, and key product details
- Monitor listings to ensure product information, pricing, and images are correct
- Coordinate with purchasing and marketing teams to ensure new products are launched efficiently
- Maintain clean and accurate product data including attributes, specifications, and product details
- Review product information from vendors and organize it into usable content for our website and marketplaces
- Identify opportunities to improve product pages, content quality, and product organization across platforms
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with copyediting
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and product data
- Familiarity with Excel and Google Workspace tools
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines
- Ability to follow structured processes and maintain accuracy when handling large amounts of product information
- Basic understanding of e-commerce or online marketplaces
- Experience working in a team setting and cross-functional-communication
- Experience with Magento or similar e-commerce platforms
- Basic knowledge of SEO best practices for product pages
- Experience writing product descriptions or managing online product catalogs
- Experience working with Amazon, Walmart, or eBay marketplace listings
