Responsibilities
- Safely secure all freight packages and delivery items.
- Load and unload freight efficiently while adhering to safety protocols and proper handling procedures.
- Plan and follow optimized delivery routes to ensure punctual arrivals at multiple destinations.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each shift to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations.
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation, logs, and reports throughout your shift.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers to confirm delivery schedules and address any issues promptly.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and company policies during route driving to promote a safe working environment.
Skills
- Proven experience in delivery driving or truck driving roles within a commercial setting.
- Strong knowledge of route planning, load & unload procedures, and freight handling techniques.
- Excellent driving record with a focus on safety and compliance with transportation laws.
- Physical ability to load/unload freight manually or using equipment as needed; capable of lifting heavy items when required. - Vans must be white and unbranded.
- Vans must maintain a professional appearance and meet standards for good condition, including a clean, well-maintained exterior with no major dents or scratches.

Pay: $215.00 - $230.00 per day
