We are currently seeking a motivated, dependable, and experienced Dental Assistant to join our growing team full-time. If you’re passionate about patient care and want to grow your skills in both General Dentistry and Full Arch Assisting, we’d love to meet you!
Position: Dental Assistant
Location: Jacksonville, FL
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday–Friday (no weekends!)
Responsibilities:
- Chairside assisting during general dental procedures (e.g., fillings, crowns, hygiene, extractions)
- Assist in full arch dental procedures, including surgical setups and post-operative care
- Prepare, sterilize, and maintain instruments and equipment
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral photos as needed
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with patient charting
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Ensure a clean and organized operatory and back office
- Support the dental team in providing a smooth, efficient, and positive patient experience
Qualifications:
- Dental Assistant Certification (Florida-required)
- At least 1 year of dental assisting experience preferred
- Experience or willingness to be trained in full arch (All-on-4) procedures
- Radiology Certification (required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- Passion for patient care and teamwork
