About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Representative to manage and enhance relationships with our enterprise and institutional clients. In this role, you will focus on ensuring client satisfaction, maximizing adoption, and identifying opportunities for strategic collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, providing guidance and support to ensure success.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to assess client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
- Advocate for client needs internally and coordinate with product, marketing, and operations teams to implement solutions.
- Analyze client usage patterns and feedback to recommend improvements and optimize outcomes.
- Collaborate with account and partnership teams to drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives when appropriate.
- Prepare client reports, summaries, and presentations that communicate insights, performance, and recommendations.
Qualifications
- 5 or more years of experience in client success, account management, or strategic client engagement.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise or institutional client relationships.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and leadership.
- Experience in emerging tech, SaaS, or media industries is preferred.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
