What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pediatric Dental Front Office position at Everyone By One Pediatric Dentistry?
Join a team where your work matters, your ideas are valued, and every day makes a difference!
At Everyone by One Pediatric Dentistry, we're looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented professional who loves connecting with people, thrives in a lively environment, and takes pride in creating exceptional experiences.
We're not your average dental office, and this isn't your average front desk position!
Our Patient Care & Treatment Coordinators are an essential part of what makes Everyone by One special. From welcoming families with a smile to helping parents feel confident about their child's dental care, you'll play a meaningful role in creating the kind of experience that keeps families coming back.
If you're someone who loves staying busy, building relationships, solving problems, and being part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together, we'd love to meet you!
What You'll Do:
- Create amazing first impressions! Welcome patients and families, manage check-ins and check-outs, and deliver five-star customer service.
- Be a trusted guide. Help families understand treatment recommendations, navigate financial options, and feel confident about their next steps.
- Keep things moving. Coordinate appointments, optimize the schedule, and help the day run smoothly.
- Make the details count. Collect payments, maintain accurate patient information, and follow through on important tasks.
- Be a team player. Work closely with our clinical and administrative teams to create a seamless experience from start to finish.
- Make someone's day better. Bring patience, positivity, and a little extra kindness to every interaction. 100% of your focus is on the patient in front of you because we don't take calls in office so you'll never be distracted with a ringing phone at your desk!
What Makes You a Great Fit
We're looking for someone who brings more than just experience. We're looking for the right mindset, personality, and drive!
- You have experience in a dental front office.
- You're naturally warm, approachable, and confident communicating with patients and families.
- You're organized, detail-oriented, and love checking things off your list.
- You take ownership of your responsibilities and follow through without needing reminders.
- You can juggle multiple priorities while keeping your cool and your sense of humor.
- You're proactive, resourceful, and aren't afraid to jump in where you're needed.
