Exciting news! Eliza Williams Spa in Providence is currently seeking massage therapists to join our team. We offer both part-time and full-time positions, focusing on providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.
Rest assured, we offer training and continuous education to help you stay at the top of your game. Some evening and Saturday shifts are part of the schedule, so a little flexibility is essential.
The candidate will:
- Demonstrate professionalism by showing respect, sensitivity, and consideration for clients' needs with a positive attitude.
- Comply with spa policies and procedures when interacting with clients and colleagues.
- Encourage clients to schedule future appointments.
- Follow work schedules set by the management team.
- Carry out daily tasks as assigned by the management team.
- Exhibit reliability and flexibility with work hours.
- Assist in cleaning and maintaining treatment areas while supporting team members.
- Be open to learning new skills and advancing in a wellness setting.
- Experience in various modalities is advantageous.
- Opportunities for further education are provided.
- Experience with or interest in learning the following modalities is preferred:
Athletic/sports massage
Deep tissue massage
Prenatal massage
Cupping therapy
Hot stone massage
Body treatments such as wraps and scrubs
Professional liability insurance is mandatory
License:
RI LMT License Required
Minimum Experience: Entry Level
Pay range does not include tips and incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40.00 - $58.00 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
