- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering suitable solutions
- Analyze customer feedback to refine sales approaches and improve service delivery
Qualifications
- Proven experience or start-up welcome
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual abilities are welcome
- Demonstrated analysis skills for assessing market opportunities and customer needs
- Knowledge of sales administration processes and benefits administration is a plus
- Some familiarity with HIPAA for roles involving health-related products or services
