We are looking for a motivated Membership Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for growing our memberships and creating exceptional experience for current and prospective members.You will greet members, answer questions, solve issues, and perform administrative duties as needed.
You are a natural people person with a passion for health and fitness. You understand the impact you can have through customer service, and take pride in creating smiles and resolutions.
Responsibilities:
- Execute sales process for new memberships
- Conduct gym tours to guests and potential members
- Achieve minimum production requirements and sales quotas
- Stay up-to-date on company pricing and promotions
- Enthusiastically greet members, prospective members, and guests
- Provide a high-level of customer service to all members and prospective members
- Enforce facility rules and regulations, ensuring facility is clean and safe
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience required.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships and other services.
- Passion for health & fitness.
- Computer proficiency.
- Knowledge and skill in Microsoft Excel and Word.
