Position Overview: Youth Care Specialist
As a Youth Care Specialist, you will provide direct care in a residential treatment setting for youth. You’ll foster a safe, structured, and nurturing environment, support emotional regulation, and help youth build life skills and resilience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide trauma-informed supervision to ensure youth safety and accountability
- Maintain secure and sanitary living areas
- Participate in treatment team meetings
- Apply Safe Crisis Management and de-escalation techniques
- Facilitate daily routines and teach life skills
- Complete accurate documentation
- Build respectful relationships with youth and staff
Schedule & Pay
- Morning, evening, overnight shifts.
- Floating weekdays and weekends
- Pay: Starting at $17.50/hour

Experience:
- working with youth: 1 year (Preferred)
Salary : $18
