What are the responsibilities and job description for the Elementary School BCBA Consultant position at Every Child LLC?
We are seeking two experienced BCBAs to provide school-based consultation as independent contractors for the remainder of the 2025-2026 school year (with strong potential to renew).

What You’ll Do
- Classroom-based consultation for autism/self-contained programs
- Coaching teachers and paraprofessionals
- Supporting evidence-based ABA systems
- Conducting FBAs & writing BIPs (templates provided)
- Monitoring progress and providing ongoing follow-up
- Collaborating with CST and admin team
What We’re Looking For
- Experienced BCBA (school-based preferred)
- Proactive, self-directed, strong follow-through
- Skilled in developing and supporting ABA programming
- Excellent communication and collaboration
- Able to work independently within district expectations
Hours
- ~25–32 hours/week
- Monday–Friday, school hours
