Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA therapy protocols designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support clients’ behavioral and developmental goals
• Collect and record accurate behavioral data during therapy sessions to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments
• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, dressing, and other self-care routines
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote desired behaviors and manage challenging behaviors effectively
• Communicate regularly with clients’ families, caregivers, and team members to ensure consistency and progress toward care plans
• Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies
• Participate in ongoing training on ethical standards, medical terminology, behavior management techniques, and implementing ABA therapy protocols

Qualifications

• Valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or equivalent credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Experience working with children or individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder or other disabilities
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles, behavior management strategies, and data collection methods
• Ability to assist with ADLs and support clients in developing independence skills
• Strong communication skills for effective client interaction and collaboration with families and team members
• Knowledge of medical records management, medical terminology, and confidentiality standards such as HIPAA
• Prior experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting individuals with disabilities is preferred
• Demonstrated professionalism aligned with the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
