Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams to determine individualized care needs.
- Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized care plans.
- Manage acute pain and provide comfort to patients experiencing distress or discomfort.
- Support patients and families through the end of life process.
- Apply sterile processing techniques to maintain a safe, hygienic environment.
- Deliver specialized care to patients prioritizing safety, dignity, and comfort.
- Collaborate across disciplines to provide holistic care to patients.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wyoming.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; collaborative team player.
