Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations to determine individualized care needs.
- Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized care plans.
- Manage acute pain and provide comfort-focused interventions for patients experiencing distress.
- Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and families throughout the end-of-life process.
- Practice proper sterile techniques to maintain a safe and hygienic care environment.
- Deliver specialized hospice care that prioritizes patient safety, dignity, and comfort.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic, coordinated care.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wyoming.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
