Registered Nurse

We are seeking a committed full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The ideal candidate is a skilled and empathetic clinician with strong nursing judgment, excellent communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient-centered care. This role plays a vital part in supporting patients and their families through some of life’s most meaningful and sensitive moments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations to determine individualized care needs.
• Develop, implement, and regularly evaluate personalized care plans.
• Manage acute pain and provide comfort-focused interventions for patients experiencing distress.
• Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and families throughout the end-of-life process.
• Practice proper sterile techniques to maintain a safe and hygienic care environment.
• Deliver specialized hospice care that prioritizes patient safety, dignity, and comfort.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic, coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Wyoming.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to evidence-based nursing practices.
