Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individuals in need of personal care and daily living support. The ideal candidate will have a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for residents, patients, or clients through attentive, respectful, and personalized care. Duties
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Monitor and observe clients for changes in condition or behavior, maintaining detailed documentation
- Administer medications and manage care plans in accordance with healthcare protocols and HIPAA regulations
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements and assist with feeding as needed
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Maintain a clean and safe environment through light housekeeping and sanitation tasks
