What are the responsibilities and job description for the 2nd Shift Supervisor - Machine Shop position at Everwear Inc.?
Everwear, Inc. has an immediate opening to join our team as a 2nd Shift Supervisor.
All around machinist skills are needed for this job to run a variety of machines as needed, including a saw, manual mill and surface grinder. Training for our specific machines will be provided as needed.
The 2nd Shift Supervisor is responsible for a small crew, as well as shutdown procedures for the building at the end of the shift. Interpersonal and supervisory skills, mechanical and mathematical aptitude, and a motivated attitude, are required.
Candidates should be capable of lifting 50 pounds.
Training on Everwear products and specific procedures will be provided. Training will be conducted on day shift 6:30am-3:00pm. Once trained, the employee will move to the second shift time slot. Second shift hours are 3:00pm-11:30pm M-F.
