Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary information is collected and recorded accurately.
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments, balancing the needs of clients with the availability of our services.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients seeking information about our products or services and all inbound requests. Provide detailed and accurate information, address inquiries, and assist with appointment scheduling.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized client records.
- Conduct post-service follow-up calls to gather feedback, address any concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction.
- Work closely with the team to relay client information, coordinate services, and contribute to the overall success of the clinic.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
