Job Summary
Oversees the financial planning, budgeting, and analysis functions to support strategic decision-making and drive organizational growth.
Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

Minimum Qualifications
- A working knowledge of Accounting/Finance and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) at a level normally acquired through completion of a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business or related field; and
- Ten years of increasingly responsible experience in a public company within the finance organization; with five years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
- Directs the financial planning and analysis function, ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Leads the development of annual budgets, long-range financial plans, and forecasts.
- Implements and enhances financial systems, tools, and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.
- Analyzes business performance metrics and provides insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
- Prepares and presents financial reports, models, and projections to stakeholders, ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial communication.
- Manages and mentors the FP&A team, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring professional development.
- Creates efficiencies and aligns processes across the accounting and finance departments.
- Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Salary range $169,660 - $212,080
- Annual short-term incentive bonus of up to 50% of eligible wages based on eligibility and company goal achievement.
