Compensation:
- Starting at $16.50/hour
- Overtime (1.5x)

Prior to being hired, applicants are required to take a pre-employment drug test and back screening (mini physical). No experience is required for either department.
- These positions are in the mattress building and sewing departments.
- Mattress builders must be fit and able to lift 50 lbs. repeatedly.
- Quilting/sewing department is making the various coverings that go on the outside of the mattress.
- Cross-training to different departments may be available.
Factory hours for the summer are Mon-Fri. Starting at 6am and typically work until 2:30 pm (based on how much gets accomplished that day). There will be Saturdays that need to be worked occasionally as well as overtime when needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $16.51 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
