Landscape Enhancement Services Manager

As a Landscape Enhancement Services Manager, you will estimate, sell and lead enhancement projects on our commercial maintenance accounts. You will drive the sales of agronomic and irrigation services as well as estimate maintenance projects. This role offers the opportunity to manage landscape construction projects and work closely with clients to develop creative landscape solutions. This role plays a key part in the company's continued success and its reputation for delivering the highest quality of work throughout the Inland Empire and Orange County.

Responsibilities

• Identify, propose, and sell enhancement opportunities and additional services to clients
• Oversee landscape construction projects to ensure top-tier quality and maximum efficiency
• Estimate maintenance projects using mapping tools, production calculators, and Aspire software
• Lead project start-ups, ensuring smooth initiation and client satisfaction
• Promote and sell agronomic services, including overseeding, aeration, custom fertilizers, invasive grass treatments, fungicide and pesticide treatments
• Design and Manage turf conversion projects and collaborate on landscape designs and renderings
• Propose and sell irrigation system upgrades to improve landscape performance and water efficiency
• Work collaboratively with team members to develop innovative landscape solutions

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance, landscape construction and irrigation
• Proficiency with estimating tools and software such as Aspire (or similar)
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and client service abilities
• Ability to identify and sell value-added services
• Knowledge of agronomic practices and irrigation systems is a plus

Offered compensation: $85,000/yr - $110,000/yr

Experience and License Requirements

• (Valid) Drivers License
• Bachelors in related field (optional)
• Design and Manage Turf Conversions to Drought Tolerant Landscapes
• Designs/Renderings
• Estimating and Managing Landscape Enhancement Work (Planting, Irrigation in Commercial Landscapes)
• Estimating Maintenance (Mapping, Utilizing Production Calculator, Creating Estimate in Aspire) (optional)
• Irrigation (optional)
• Selling of Agronomic Services (Overseed, Aeration, Specialty Fertilizers, Nutgrass Treatments, Fungi (optional)
