Production Operator
Pay: $18-$20/hour
Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd

Responsibilities:
- Operate machines and use hand tools to assemble parts
- Read and follow work instructions and engineering drawings
- Perform quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
- Learn new equipment and processes as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks while standing or sitting for extended periods
