Customer Service Coordinator
Pay: $17/hr
Shift: 1st

We're seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support customers after the sale by answering questions, scheduling service appointments, and ensuring every request is handled accurately and efficiently. Responsibilities:
- Answer customer calls and emails regarding service requests and general inquiries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians and service teams
- Review service paperwork and work orders for accuracy
- Document customer interactions and updates in company systems
- Communicate with customers and internal departments to ensure timely service
- Escalate issues when needed to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2 years of customer service or customer-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Call center or scheduling experience is a plus
