Summary
The Housekeeping Guest Service Representative will ensure our guest rooms are clean, comfortable and welcoming creating the "home away from home" for travelers.
Duties & Responsibilities
In addition to cleaning rooms, public areas, the GRA will:
- Respond to guest inquiries and special requests
- Monitor and replenish cleaning products
Experience, Skills, and Education
- Work experience as a Housekeeping or similar role
- Handson experience with cleaning and maintenance tasks for large organizations
- Ability to use industrial cleaning equipment and products
- Excellent organizational and team management skills
- Stamina to handle the physical demands of the job to include walking, standing, reaching, bending stooping, and kneeling frequently.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school degree preferred
