Summary
Bird Dog Hospitality is in search of a Regional Facilities Supervisor to join its Hospitality Management Team. This role is responsible for leading a team of maintenance engineers assigned to a specific property, providing on-site supervision of their daily work performance, participating in their training and professional development, and working in close coordination with the Regional Operations Managers to achieve the mission of the organization and support the goals of the Director of Facilities. Also provides hands-on maintenance to assist their property team in the achievement of daily and periodic goals such as work order completion, preparation for inspections, correction of inspection findings, completion of capital projects, and oversee contractors and sub-contractors on site.
Duties & Responsibilities
? Communicate daily with Director of Facilities, Regional Operations Managers and/or Property General Managers to ensure the efficient flow of information regarding work order completion status, capital projects, preventative maintenance schedules, and inspections.
? Complete work order service requests following BDH policies and procedures, with a high orientation to customer service; establish priority of work orders for Maintenance Engineers.
? Assure the Maintenance Engineers complete appropriate electronic documentation related to maintenance, including Planner tasks, PM logs, and equipment maintenance logs, with appropriate backup and all other necessary documentation.
? Oversee the coordination and completion of all guest room make-ready work, including hiring and supervision of contractors.
? Supervise organization and neatness of area maintenance shops.
? Create a list of property needs based on regular inspections of grounds and curb appeal, building structures, plumbing, electrical, fixtures, appliances, and major equipment.
? Provide emergency maintenance.
? Assist Director of Facilities and Regional Operations Manager with small site project planning and oversight.
? Always represent BDH in a professional, courteous manner, including neatness and cleanliness in the Maintenance uniform. Maintain positive, professional relations always with co-workers, guests, and contractors.
Education and/or Experience:
? High school diploma or equivalent, technical, or vocational training preferred.
? Must have a proven record of technical competency and workmanship.
? Must be exceptionally reliable and professional.
? Must have proven ability to work efficiently.
? Some computer and phone app skills.
? Experience in residential building maintenance and construction, including drywall, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, tile, concrete, screen and window repair.
? Supervisory experience preferred.
? Or any combination of education and experience equivalent in knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job duties satisfactorily.

Salary : $50,100 - $63,500
