What are the responsibilities and job description for the AEO / SEO Account Executive position at EverSpark Interactive?
AEO/SEO Account Executive
EverSpark Interactive | Hybrid — Atlanta, GA | Full-Time | $60,000–$70,000 Bonuses & Commission
About EverSpark Interactive
EverSpark Interactive is a performance-driven digital marketing agency built exclusively for law firms — specializing in SEO, AEO/AI visibility, PPC, Local Service Ads, and web design. We're independently owned, we don't lock clients into contracts, and we protect exclusivity per market, which means our team is judged on one thing: results. Our sister platform, ROION, gives us something most agencies don't have — AI-powered attribution that proves exactly how our work turns into signed cases.
About This Role
This is a growth seat, not a coordinator seat. You'll start out working directly alongside our senior Account Manager, learning how EverSpark runs SEO strategy, client calls, and cross-team execution for our law firm clients. As you build fluency, you'll take on more ownership — with the goal of managing your own portfolio of accounts. This isn't shadow-and-observe: from week one you'll be doing real work on real client accounts, just with an experienced AM alongside you making sure you're set up to succeed.
If you like ownership, move fast, and want to build a career at the intersection of SEO, AI/AEO innovation, and client strategy — this is the seat, and we'll invest in growing you into it.
Why Join EverSpark?
- Bonuses Commission: your client growth shows up in your paycheck, not just a review.
- Cutting-Edge Tools: work daily inside ROION, our proprietary AI-powered attribution platform, and EverSpark's AEO stack (Profound, SEMrush) — technology most agencies haven't touched yet.
- Direct Impact: watch your strategy turn into signed cases and real revenue for clients, not just a ranking screenshot.
- Career Growth: build fluency across SEO, AEO/GEO, local search, and client strategy alongside a senior, high-performing team.
- No Stale Accounts: ambitious law firm clients, forward-thinking strategy, and a real seat in shaping the future of legal marketing.
You Won't Be Doing This Alone
You'll report to and train directly under our senior Account Manager, with additional support from our CEO, COO, and a bench of senior SEO strategists across content, technical SEO, and link building. Expect real mentorship and fast answers, not a sink-or-swim account list — this role is built to grow you into an Account Manager running your own book of clients.
What You'll Do
- Work alongside our senior Account Manager on a portfolio of law firm clients — sitting in on calls, helping build monthly agendas, and contributing to strategy as you grow into it.
- Support SEO strategy execution to grow organic visibility, AI/AEO presence, and qualified lead generation.
- Help coordinate web design and development projects, tracking timelines and flagging anything at risk of slipping.
- Assist with performance reporting — pulling and organizing data, then learning how to turn it into a clear, compelling client story.
- Coordinate execution across SEO specialists, designers, developers, and content teams under the senior AM's direction.
- Use ROION to learn how we translate marketing activity into signed-case ROI clients can actually see.
- As you build confidence, begin taking direct ownership of pieces of the client relationship — with the goal of eventually managing your own portfolio.
- Stay ahead of algorithm updates, AI Overviews/AEO shifts, and legal marketing trends so clients are never caught flat-footed.
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of account management or client-facing experience in a digital marketing or creative agency preferred.
- Strong grasp of SEO strategy, metrics, and reporting — you can explain "why" behind the numbers, not just report them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you're comfortable contributing in a room with law firm owners and ready to grow into leading those conversations.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Comfortable in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and project management tools like Monday.com and Slack.
- A self-starter mentality — eager to learn quickly and take on more ownership as you prove it out.
Nice to Have
- Experience in legal marketing specifically.
- Working knowledge of UX/UI principles and conversion-focused web design.
- Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization experience.
- Curiosity about AI/AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and how it's reshaping search.
