As we establish our U.S. headquarters, executive leadership team, and technology platform, we are seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to build the firm’s talent, organizational, and human capital infrastructure from the ground up.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape an emerging institutional investment firm while working directly with senior leadership to build a world-class organization.

About the Role

The Head of Human Resources will serve as EverStone Capital’s senior HR leader and strategic partner to the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership team.

This role will lead the development of the firm’s human capital strategy, executive recruiting, organizational design, compensation philosophy, performance management framework, HR policies, leadership development, and corporate culture.

We are not seeking a traditional administrative HR manager. We are looking for a builder—someone who enjoys creating organizations, attracting exceptional talent, and establishing the people infrastructure required to support long-term institutional growth.

As EverStone Capital continues to grow, this position is expected to evolve into the firm’s Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead executive recruiting and strategic talent acquisition across investment, technology, operations, finance, compliance, legal, and corporate functions.
  • Build scalable recruiting processes, interview frameworks, onboarding programs, and HR operations from the ground up.
  • Develop competitive compensation structures, annual bonus programs, and long-term incentive frameworks.
  • Partner with executive leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development.
  • Establish performance management systems, career development programs, and talent review processes.
  • Develop employee policies, HR governance, employee relations, and compliance practices consistent with U.S. employment laws.
  • Build EverStone Capital’s employer brand and foster a culture centered on integrity, fiduciary responsibility, excellence, accountability, collaboration, and long-term thinking.
  • Implement HR systems, people analytics, and management reporting to support informed decision-making and organizational growth.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support coordination between the firm’s U.S. headquarters and international teams while maintaining appropriate employment and compliance standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution and has experience building high-performing organizations.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • 5 years of progressive human resources leadership experience.
  • Experience within asset management, investment management, financial services, private equity, hedge funds, fintech, technology, or other high-performance professional organizations.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting senior executives and specialized professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices, compensation, organizational development, employee relations, and HR operations.
  • Experience building or scaling HR infrastructure within startup, growth-stage, or newly established organizations.
  • Strong executive presence, sound judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • High integrity, professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage highly confidential information.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • SHRM-SCP, SPHR, PHR, or comparable professional certification is a plus.
