  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university
  • 5 years of hands-on IT support experience
  • Hold an advanced industry certification (MCSE, CCNA, VCP, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Server, Exchange, Hyper-V, and vCenter environments
  • Tremendous written and verbal communication skills
  • Pass background check and drug test
