What are the responsibilities and job description for the Parts Associate position at Eversole Tractor & Equipment?
Job Summary:
- Helping customers find the right parts, providing information and answering questions both in person and over the phone.
- Informing customers of additional related parts needed.
- Verifying receipt of stock and special orders
- Fulfilling customer orders and orders for the service department; notifying customers of arrival.
- Notifying management of shortages and overages
- Parts department organization. This includes keeping the parts room clean, organized and stocked.
- Processing orders, providing price quotes, and tracking backorders.
- Reviewing the "will call" area and contacting customers on items not picked up.
Basic Requirements:
- Basic data entry / computer skills
- Knowledge of engines and basic parts associated with
- Ability to work as a part of a team
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
