Prequalification's

A GED or high school diploma and/or 1-year experience in reporting, business administration, and documentation control.

Required Experience

• Must be able to read and understand complex prints and fit from drawings, complex assemblies
• Must be able to read and interpret weld symbols
• Must understand BOMs, cut sheets, and fitting procedures
• Must be knowledgeable in basic rigging and drawing comprehension
• Must be proficient with Adobe Acrobat/PDF and/or Bluebeam, Solidworks, Autocad and Naviswork
• Must be extremely detail-oriented with proven strong time-management and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Ensure all documentation is the latest revision, and older revisions are removed or marked obsolete
• Distribute Engineered documents to relevant parties
• Gather reader sheets and verify the correctness
• Maintain weld log
• Attach NDE reader sheets and MTR documents to isometric drawings in Bluebeam
• Create test package documents for pneumatic and hydro testing
• Ensure field employees are utilizing the correct materials and that MTR documentation is available
• Prepare job books and final project document deliverables for client audits and acceptance in a timely manner
• Read and interpret mechanical, civil, structural, and isometric drawings and P&IDs
• Collect and input data gathered from QAQC and/or other internal resources to a digital format organized for customer audit
• Verify all documentation from QAQC, vendors, and subcontractors is correct and factual
• Maintain revision history of client-provided drawings and ensure that documents are stored and backed up daily
• Digitize redlines of field activities on drawings and documentation
• Can Design ISO drawings when the customer doesn't provide ISO drawings
• Able to do pipe and fitting takeoffs and provide cut length to cut shop
• Build and maintain weld log tracker for multiple projects
• Builds QR identification tags for pipe spools
• Break ISO's out into spool drawings
• Maker up ISO drawings for field welds
• Per-number weld maps for shop and field
• Work with third-party client auditors and inspection team
• Help E&S upper management with progress tracking
• Able to upload documents onto Microsoft Office One Drive and submit them to Client Engineering, Project Managers, Inspectors, and Auditors
• Able to identify the additional task and execute them without instruction
• Work with E&S Superintendents, Project Managers, QA/QC, and Welding Foreman on any revision changes
• Notify the supervisor and address potential safety hazards in a timely fashion
• Be professional and courteous in dealings with customers and/or vendors
• Follow all Company policies and procedures and obtain certifications at Company/Client request, including but not limited to BBP, Onsite Orientations, First Aid, CPR, Annual OSHA Training, PEC, H2S
