EverRise Solar is expanding and actively seeking experienced solar sales professionals located in Central and North New Jersey to join our growing organization. We are building a strong local team focused on delivering fast installs, exceptional customer service, and industry-leading earning potential.

Responsibilities:
- Generate and close residential solar sales through self-generated leads, referrals, networking, and door-to-door prospecting * Conduct in-home consultations and educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy * Present customized solar proposals and guide customers through the sales process * Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activities * Deliver exceptional customer service from initial consultation through installation
Qualifications:
- Previous solar sales experience preferred * Door-to-door sales experience strongly preferred * Strong communication and closing abilities * Self-motivated and results-driven mindset * Ability to work independently while contributing to a growing team * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
Compensation:
Commission Only
Expected Earnings: $100,000 - $300,000 annually
Top performers and experienced closers have unlimited earning potential.
