EverReady Services is looking for a Community Relations & Business Development Representative who is warm, outgoing, dependable, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.

We're less concerned with your previous job title and more interested in who you are.

If you're the person who can walk into a room, introduce yourself, start a conversation, remember someone's name, and make people feel comfortable — we want to meet you.

What You'll Do

This is not a traditional desk job or high-pressure sales position. You'll spend much of your time out in the Kansas City community building relationships on behalf of EverReady.

You'll:

• Visit local businesses and apartment communities
• Attend networking and community events
• Meet with property managers, business owners, and local professionals
• Follow up with contacts and build ongoing relationships
• Set up coffee meetings, lunches, and property visits
• Learn about businesses and identify ways EverReady may be able to help
• Keep contact notes and our CRM updated
• Coordinate with our Business Development team
• Help with office responsibilities when you're not in the field

Previous business development or sales experience is not required.

You may come from hospitality, retail, restaurants, customer service, childcare, fitness, administration — or something completely different.
