What You’ll Do
- Lead Financial Strategy: Including annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Support New Product Development: Create financial models to evaluate business cases and capital investments.
- Bridge Finance & Operations: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain to provide financial insights for demand forecasting.
- Optimize Revenue: Oversee pricing models, customer programs, and sales commission/incentive structures.
- Deliver Executive Insights: Prepare monthly performance dashboards and variance analyses for senior leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 5 years of progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance in the manufacturing sector.
- Education: Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or similar (MBA or CFA a plus).
- Tech Skills: Advanced Excel Skills, financial modeling and ERP experience.
- Skills: Strong strategy and operations alignment, data-driven problem solving, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
