Data Analytics Manager – Onsite in East Syracuse, NY

We are conducting a search for a Data Analytics Manager to join a well-established, growing organization in the East Syracuse area.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving business intelligence, reporting, and data analytics initiatives that support strategic decision-making across the organization. You'll partner with leadership, develop meaningful dashboards and KPIs, and help transform data into actionable business insights.
Responsibilities
- Lead business intelligence and analytics initiatives.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
- Analyze business data to identify trends and opportunities.
- Partner with leaders to support data-driven decision making.
- Ensure data accuracy and reporting integrity.
- Improve reporting processes and operational efficiencies.
- Manage analytics projects and mentor team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or reporting.
- Previous leadership experience preferred.
- Strong SQL and Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platform experience.
- Advanced Excel and data visualization skills.
- Excellent analytical and communication abilities.
