Everpeak Marketing is hiring an entry-level Customer Service Representative to connect customers with AT&T Fiber. In this role, you will meet people face-to-face, answer questions, and guide them toward fiber solutions that improve everyday life. This entry-level, face-to-face, sales role offers training, confidence building, and real sales experience in a professional environment.

Responsibilities of the entry-level Customer Service Representative

• Meet customers in person and explain how AT&T improves their internet needs
• Provide clear sales conversations about plan options, promotions, and benefits
• Share customer stories to show how fiber connectivity transforms daily routines
• Build trust by listening carefully and giving simple, accurate answers
• Recognize interest and smoothly transition conversations into sales opportunities
• Represent AT&T Fiber with professionalism as a Customer Service Representative in every interaction
• Learn to grow in entry-level sales while supporting customers directly

Qualifications of the entry-level Customer Service Representative

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Interest in sales, customer support, or telecommunications is a plus
