Job Description: Lead Wealth Advisor
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Wealth Advisor. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for managing existing client relationships and providing comprehensive financial planning and investment management services to EverPar clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, relationship building skills, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
In addition, we are looking to expand EverPar’s reach in the community. While this role is not primarily business development, it will be an aspect. We are looking for a wealth advisor who is involved in the community and can help spread brand awareness to bring in potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Provide personalized financial planning, including investment management, retirement planning and risk assessment.
- Lead meetings with prospective client relationships with a high close rate.
- Have a presence in the community to spread brand awareness.
- Collaborate with internal team to ensure a seamless client experience and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on financial planning and industry trends, investment solutions, and best practices within the financial services industry.
- Prepare and present financial reports and strategies to clients and prospective clients.
- Assist in developing ‘goals-based’ investment portfolios with the investment team.
- Prepare and maintain accurate client documentation in CRM.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, CFP preferred.
- 5 years of relevant work experience in financial advising, wealth management or investment planning or related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to build trust with clients.
- Proficiency in financial analysis tools, CRM software and portfolio management platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial sector.
- Ability to work independently while fostering a collaborative team environment.
