The Training Manager oversees a team of training professionals, partners with department leaders, and ensures consistency and excellence in training delivery and content.

The Training Manager oversees a team of training professionals, partners with department leaders, and ensures consistency and excellence in training delivery and content.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the technical training strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead a team of trainers, instructional designers, and training specialists to deliver high-impact programs.
- Oversee training needs assessments, curriculum design, and delivery for technical roles across departments.
- Establish and track KPIs to evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement.
- Partner with stakeholders to support onboarding, upskilling, compliance, and product/technology launches.
- Maintain alignment with industry best practices, adult learning principles, and training technology trends.
- Own and manage training documentation, tools, and systems (e.g., LMS, knowledge bases).
- Manage budget, vendor relationships, and external training resources when needed.
- Ensure quality and consistency across all training content and delivery channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5 years in training or instructional design; 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience managing training teams .
- Strong knowledge of training design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and learning management systems.
- Excellent communication, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
