Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day Food & Beverage operations in the assigned outlets, including Craft Burgers, Prop’s Pizza, That’s A Wrap!, Sandhill Provisions, Ebb & Flow Bar & Restaurant, Barbara Ann’s Beachside Bars as well as supporting Evermore to Your Door.
- Ensure all training programs and SOP’s for all venues are effective.
- Execute all training programs with venue managers for all staff.
- Manage FTE demands per outlet, recruitment, and training.
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations for all F&B outlets.
- Manage operational, financial, and developmental training for all staff.
- Conduct scheduled inventory for food & alcohol and retail supplies.
- Work with resort purchasing manager with orders as applicable.
- Monitor the competitive environment and ensure proper positioning of staff based on business demands.
- Develop and enforce cash handling, credit cards, house accounts, and other internal billing policies with the accounting department.
- Manage F&B operating software, interface accounting programs and other resort computer programs.
- Support Team Members with internal and customer concerns immediately by involving only those necessary to achieve positive results for the resort and customer.
- Work on Team Members schedules, time off request, training, development based on business demands.
- Monitor guest feedback scores/comments and address accordingly. Positively and proactively collaborate with other department leaders to ensure we meet the organization's goal and successful resort opening.
- Attend and conduct stand-up meetings as required both within the department and within the property’s organizational structure.
- Promote and practice Evermore’s culture and establish a positive, inclusive work environment and ensure the resort’s brand is not compromised.
- Respond to any reasonable task assigned by upper management or ownership.
- Four-year college degree or equivalent Food & Beverage outlets management experience.
- 2-4 years of food & beverage management hospitality experience, customer service focus, with pre-opening experience.
- Food, alcohol, and safety certifications under FL requirements.
- Excellent management and supervisory skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to interact with a wide range of people.
- Able to read and understand financials and budgets with a high level of understanding of key industry KPI’s and drivers.
- Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

- Capable of performing the role in a busy work environment.
- Proficient in reading safety procedures and operating guidelines.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
- Proficient in Google Business & Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
- Proficient in standard industry computer systems (POS, work order systems, inventory, etc.).
- Must stay current with resort operations and food & beverage trends.
- Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 25 pounds.
- Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach.
- Subject to environmental conditions, work activities can occur inside and outside.
