Evermore Orlando Resort is an expansive and technically complex property spanning 1,100 acres with multiple operational components. The resort integrates resort-owned vacation rental homes, large-scale water features, and extensive recreational infrastructure. The eight-acre Evermore Bay lagoon includes advanced water treatment, circulation, and safety systems that require continuous monitoring. Two championship golf courses, numerous pools, water sports facilities, and a wide range of amenities, including pickleball courts, event spaces, and dining venues, further enhance the offerings. This diverse environment demands sophisticated engineering oversight to ensure optimal performance, safety, and reliability across all systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate, lead, and execute a diverse array of activities, including but not limited to: crafts, sports, games, parties, themed events, and large-scale holiday celebrations.
• Engage with guests of all ages, ensuring an energetic, positive, and welcoming environment.
• Handle guest issues and concerns promptly and thoughtfully, providing innovative, high-quality solutions that exceed expectations.
• Speak confidently and clearly on a microphone to lead group activities and announcements.
• Uphold Forbes luxury standards in guest service, communication, and presentation at all times.
• Prepare activity areas in advance, ensuring all materials, equipment, and setups meet exact program requirements within 15 minutes of event start time.
• Adapt quickly to changing circumstances, weather conditions, and guest needs with creative solutions.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, respecting and complying with leadership decisions, and coordinating closely with Activities Coordinators.
• Demonstrate initiative and independent problem-solving while following guidance and directions from coordinators.
• Handle, serve, and manage food items in accordance with safety and hygiene standards.
• Operate in all weather conditions, including heat, cold, humidity, and rain, often on your feet for extended periods.
• Lift and transport materials and equipment up to 50 pounds safely.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of program participation, inventory usage, and activity setup.
• Clean and maintain activity areas, ensuring spaces remain safe, organized, and visually appealing throughout the day.
• Maintain extremely fine-tuned organizational skills to manage multiple programs, storage areas, materials, and schedules accurately.
• Adhere to daily rotational schedules provided by Coordinators, ensuring all duties are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrate initiative by using downtime proactively to organize, clean, complete projects, prep for upcoming programs, assist with pool and bay operations, or create spontaneous pop-up experiences for guests.
• Exceptional teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with other dynamic, high-energy, and bold personalities.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow precise program instructions.
• Ability to multitask and manage large groups with professionalism and poise.
• Creativity across a wide variety of disciplines, including arts and crafts, sports, games, and event planning.
• Exceptional guest service skills with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and quick-thinking in high-pressure or dynamic situations.
• Must be fully available on weekends, holidays, and variable shifts, including mornings, evenings, and special events.
• Previous experience in hospitality, recreation, entertainment, or event facilitation is strongly preferred.
  
  
  

Physical Requirements

• Able to safely lift, pull and push up to 50 pounds.
• Excellent physical and temperature endurance to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods of time, and participate in physical activities.
• Able to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, bend, and reach periodically.
• Tolerance for hot and humid Florida weather conditions, especially when working outdoors.
• Ability to move swiftly and efficiently around the facility, including beach areas, pool decks, and gym facilities.
• Effective verbal and non-verbal communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to clearly communicate in an emergency to direct guests and ensure their safety.
