Overview: The Juice Bar Operator is responsible for the overall operation and management of our vibrant juice bar. This role is perfect for a passionate and hands-on individual who can ensure excellent customer service, maintain high-quality products, and create a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food and beverage industry and a genuine interest in health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management
- Daily Operations: Open and close the store, ensuring all daily tasks are completed, and the store is ready for business. This includes preparing fresh ingredients, setting up equipment, and securing the premises.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries and complaints, and create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
- Inventory & Ordering: Manage all inventory, including fresh produce, dairy, dry goods, and packaging. This includes conducting regular inventory counts, and minimizing waste.
- Quality Control: Ensure all juices, smoothies, and food items are prepared according to recipes and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all areas of the store, following health and safety regulations.
- Cash Management: Managing the register and reconciling daily sales.
Team Leadership & Development
- Training: Train new team members on all aspects of juice bar operations, from drink preparation to customer service.
- Scheduling: Create and manage weekly schedules for all team members to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
- Performance Management: Motivate and coach the team to achieve performance goals. Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any staff-related issues or conflicts in a professional and timely manner.

- Proven experience, preferably in a food and beverage environment.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen and food safety procedures.
