Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Coordination
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
- Track timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Ensure tasks are completed on time and within scope
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates
Communication & Stakeholder Management
- Act as a liaison between team members, clients, and management
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes
- Ensure clear and consistent communication across all stakeholders
Task Management & Execution
- Assign and track tasks for team members
- Identify risks, delays, or issues and escalate when necessary
- Support teams in resolving project-related challenges
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and records
- Update project management tools and systems regularly
- Prepare status reports and performance summaries
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to process improvements and workflow efficiency
- Ensure adherence to company standards and project guidelines
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Prior experience is a plus (freshers with strong coordination skills can apply)
