What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lead HVAC Installer position at Everly Plumbing & Heating Inc.?
Lead HVAC Installer| $30.00 - $48.00 per hour, depending on experience
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Job Duties:
- Residential & light commercial retrofit/changeout installs
- Working in attics, under houses and outside / inside residential homes and on small businesses rooftops
- Installing gas & electric furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, mini splits, RTU's, and generators
- Heavy lifting of equipment - 100lbs overhead with assistance

Qualifications:
- 3 years of HVAC installation experience
- Lead experienced - desired
- EPA Universal Certification
- Valid driver's license & insurable driving record
- Proficient understanding of installing and troubleshooting a variety of HVAC equipment
- Proficient in HVAC functional design and installation of ductwork
- Experienced with running, brazing, and testing line sets
- Good customer relations skills
