Scope: This role is designed to deliver comprehensive care across a wide range of eating disorders using evidence-based, sustained behavior-change strategies.

Role Overview

We are seeking a 100% remote Registered Dietitian with extensive experience in eating disorder treatment and recovery. In this role, you will use evidence-based approaches, including motivational interviewing, CBT-informed nutrition counseling, and other therapeutic strategies to support patients in rebuilding a healthy relationship with food and body.

You bring expertise in working with individuals across the eating disorder spectrum, including anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, binge eating disorder, and disordered eating patterns. Ideally, you have experience in a private practice or multidisciplinary treatment setting and excel at creating compassionate, individualized care plans that address both the nutritional and emotional aspects of recovery.

Who We Are

Everlong is a fast-growing, Techstars-backed healthcare startup dedicated to helping patients achieve lasting health and well-being. We’re not a platform - we’re a team of healthcare professionals committed to human connection, personalized support, and sustainable behavior change. Our team of Registered Dietitians brings comprehensive expertise in addressing a wide range of conditions - from diabetes and cardiovascular disease to eating disorders, metabolic disorders, and hypertension - while also guiding patients toward healthier relationships with food and a more positive body image.

At Everlong, we pride ourselves on our strong, collaborative culture and unwavering commitment to excellence. Our dedicated team works together to deliver personalized care that fosters long-term wellness and improves the quality of life for our patients.

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a confident, outcomes-driven Registered Dietitian with deep expertise in eating disorder treatment and a grounded, compassionate approach to eating disorder recovery. Having thrived in an eating disorder treatment center or other healthcare setting, you’ve supported patients across the eating disorder spectrum with a balance of empathy, structure, and evidence-based care.

You bring clarity and confidence to complex situations, helping patients challenge distorted food beliefs, rebuild trust in their bodies, and establish sustainable eating patterns. You set clear, supportive boundaries, foster accountability, and deliver honest, actionable guidance that moves patients forward in their recovery. If you’re committed to clinical excellence and passionate about helping patients heal their relationship with food and body, you’re the ideal candidate for our team.

  • Charting & Documentation: Ensure accurate, timely charting of all patient interactions and document progress notes in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with therapists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, align treatment goals, and ensure an integrated, patient-centered approach.
  • Professional Accountability: Set firm expectations with patients, holding them accountable while consistently providing honest, effective counseling.
