Role Overview:
Everlong is seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial Referral Partnerships Consultant to expand our network of healthcare referral partners. This is a remote 1099 contractor role with flexible hours and uncapped performance-based earning potential.
In this role, you will leverage your relationship-building expertise to engage healthcare providers across specialties including primary care, family medicine, endocrinology, OB/GYN, cardiology, gastroenterology, and other specialists, introducing them to Everlong’s virtual nutrition counseling services and guiding them through the onboarding process. Your efforts will directly impact Everlong’s growth while connecting patients with high-quality, personalized nutrition support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Engage Partners: Research, identify, and reach out to potential referral partners across a wide range of healthcare specialties.
- Build Relationships: Establish trust and credibility with providers, clearly communicating the benefits of Everlong’s services for their patients and practice.
- Onboard Partners: Guide practices through onboarding, including orientation, referral workflow setup, and best practices for ongoing engagement.
- Maintain Partnerships: Develop long-term relationships to support partner retention, engagement, and program growth.
- Provide Insights: Share feedback and observations with Everlong leadership to inform business strategy and program improvements.
- Track & Report: Maintain accurate CRM records, track activity, and report on progress against goals.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly goals for new referral partners and actively contribute to the success of Everlong’s referral program.
Qualifications:
- Proven Sales Experience: 3–5 years in healthcare sales, B2B sales, or business development; experience building referral partnerships is highly preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and establish credibility quickly.
- Self-Motivated & Independent: Comfortable managing your own schedule, outreach methods, and workflow in a remote environment.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- Network Advantage: Existing relationships with healthcare providers is a strong plus.
Compensation is milestone and performance-based; uncapped for top performers. Earnings depend on onboarding new referral partners and growing the program. This is a 1099 independent contractor role.
