Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Captive Implementation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end implementation of new and renewal groups joining our captive program, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional experience throughout the process.
Responsibilities
Client Onboarding & Implementation
- Manage the full lifecycle of implementations, from sale/notice to renewal through effective date, for new clients and renewal groups
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, setting expectations and managing timelines
- Conduct discovery sessions to gather client and captive requirements
Project Management
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Captive Analytics, Account Management, and carrier partners to ensure on-time delivery
- Proactively identify risks and escalate issues as needed to keep implementations on track
- Maintain thorough implementation records and handoff documentation for ongoing account management
Requirements
- 2 years of experience with a preference to those with benefits administration or prior implementation experience
- Understanding of stop loss, health insurance, or self-funding is a plus
- Proficiency with Office 365
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to clients and senior stakeholders
- High attention to detail and a systematic approach to data validation and QA
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
