Position Summary:As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire stay. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out procedures, and addressing guest needs with professionalism and care. Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
Handle room assignments, payment processing, and guest account management
Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
Collaborate with housekeeping, bell services, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Follow all safety, security, and company policies and procedures
Qualifications
Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Friendly, energetic, and service-oriented demeanor
Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn property management software
Flexible schedule with availability on weekends, holidays, and evenings
High school diploma or equivalent required
Must be 18 years of age or old
